| BASES DE PARTICIPACIÓN 19ª EDICIÓN FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE JÓVENES REALIZADORES DE GRANADA AÑO 2012 1. El ámbito del concurso es internacional. Cada participante puede presentar tantas obras como desee, habladas o subtituladas, siempre que hayan sido realizadas con posterioridad al 1 de enero de 2011, y que su duración no exceda de 30 minutos 2. Se establecen las siguientes categorías: - Sección oficial Acción Real/Ficción - Sección oficial de Animación - Sección oficial de Cine Experimental /Documental_No Ficción - Certamen Andaluz - Certamen Granadino 3. El tema es libre, quedando excluidas aquellas que utilicen material no original en más de un 50% de su totalidad. 4. LÍMITE DE EDAD: No existe Dadas las especiales características de la faceta artística de los potenciales participantes a los que va destinada la actividad hace necesaria la conveniencia de no establecer dichos límites de edad. La Organización considera que la realización es una profesión especial en la que no hay límite de edad para comenzar en ella y ser Nuevo-Joven realizando. 5. NORMAS DE INSCRIPCIÓN Para participar en el Certamen del 19º Festival Internacional de Jóvenes Realizadores de Granada se cumplimentará íntegramente la ficha de inscripción mediante el modo de Registro on-line disponible en la web del festival www.filmfest-granada.com (OBLIGATORIO). Se debe enviar además vía correo postal o courier la siguiente documentación, indicando en el sobre con claridad el título del cortometraje y el nombre del director/a, con el número de registro asignado en la web en lugar visible. • DVD conteniendo íntegramente la película o vídeo que se presenta, identificada con el número de identificación que le remita el email una vez cumplimentado el formulario de inscripción, el nombre de la película y director/a. Las obras que no cumplan los requisitos anteriores no serán admitidas a la selección El envío deberá hacerse a la siguiente dirección: 19º Festival Internacional de Jóvenes Realizadores C/ Verónica de la Magdalena 23, 2º planta 18009. Granada. España Web Site: www.filmfest-granada.com FECHA LÍMITE DE ADMISIÓN: 30 DE JUNIO DE 2012 6. El Comité de Selección del Festival se encargará de visionar y proponer los cortometrajes finalistas a concurso. Los gastos de envío correrán a cargo de los participantes, no así los gastos de reenvío de las obras seleccionadas, que correrán a cargo de la organización del Festival debiéndose indicar la dirección de la devolución. Las copias DVD recibidas quedarán en poder del Festival para su archivo, formando parte de la Biblioteca especializada dependiente del FIJR de Granada (sita en C/ Verónica de la Magdalena 23, 2ª planta-Concejalía de Juventud Ayuntamiento de Granada) y difusión en los circuitos culturales adecuados. 7. PREMIOS MEJOR CORTOMETRAJE ACCIÓN REAL/FICCIÓN (7.000 €) MEJOR CORTOMETRAJE ANIMACIÓN (3.000 €) MEJOR CORTOMETRAJE EXPERIMENTAL ( JOSE VAL DEL OMAR) /DOCUMENTAL (4.500 €) PREMIO MEJOR CORTOMETRAJE NACIONAL (3.000 €) MEJOR CORTOMETRAJE ANDALUZ (sin dotación económica) _ MEJOR CORTOMETRAJE GRANADINO (1.000 €) Premios sujetos a deducciones fiscales según ley 8. Las obras seleccionadas serán proyectadas públicamente durante los días de celebración del Festival, de acuerdo con un calendario elaborado con antelación, entendiendo que los autores o productores de las mismas, por el hecho de participar, otorgan su autorización para tales proyecciones(Eximiendo al Festival de pagos sobre derechos). La organización podrá elaborar folletos informativos sobre los cortos que se exhiban. Los productores de los cortometrajes autorizan también al uso de un fragmento de las obras (máximo de treinta segundos de duración), para su difusión en cualquier medio de información. Las productoras de los cortometrajes que obtengan premio o mención en cualquiera de las categorías cederán sus derechos de reproducción para la edición de un DVD con carácter de promoción y difusión del palmarés final. 9. La organización del Festival velará por la integridad de las obras que se presenten. Se suscribirá un seguro que cubra el valor material de las obras, durante el tiempo que estén en poder del festival. 10. El jurado estará compuesto por profesionales del ámbito cinematográfico, quedando a su disposición declarar algún premio desierto, así como otorgar alguna mención honorífica no especificada en estas bases. El jurado no podrá declarar premios Ex aequo, sólo una obra puede resultar ganadora. 11. La participación en el Festival implica la total aceptación de las presentes bases. Todos los premios estarán sujetos a las retenciones que establece la normativa vigente y a los plazos de pago que establezca la Organización. .- PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS En cumplimiento de la Ley Orgánica de 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, se informa al titular de los datos personales que los mismos van a ser incorporados a un fichero automatizado y tratados para difusión cultural. El titular de los datos tiene reconocidos los derechos de acceso, rectificación, oposición y cancelación, que podrá ejercitar mediante el envío de un e-mail a info@filmfest-granada.com INFORMACIÓN DE INTERÉS PARA LOS PARTICIPANTES QUE RESULTEN SELECCIONADOS. 1. DATOS PERSONALES: Los datos de contacto de Directores/Productoras que se rellenen en el formulario de inscripción, son susceptibles de aparecer en las publicaciones relacionadas con el Festival así como en las publicaciones de Festivales u otros con los que se establezca colaboración ( siendo destruidos los mismos en el momento en que así sea solicitado vía email a info@filmfest-granada.com) 2. PAGO DE PREMIOS El Festival requerirá, obligatoriamente, para el pago de los premios * Certificados de Titularidad de Cuenta Originales firmados y sellados por el banco emisor que contenga datos bancarios del destinatario del Premio. * CIF o NIF del Destinatario del Premio. Así PARA EFECTUAR EL PAGO SE DEBEN REUNIR Y COMPLETAR ESTA DOCUMENTACIÓN (IMPRESCINDIBLE) * COPIA DE PASAPORTE / DNI / CIF EMPRESA del GANADADOR. * DOCUMENTO “ORIGINAL” (NO SCANEADO, NO POR FAX) con FIRMA Y SELLO DEL BANCO “original” que describa el número de cuenta del que es titular el PREMIADO (CERTIFICADO DE TITULARIDAD DE CUENTA) Número de cuenta Branco Code (internacional) Swift Code (internacional) Iban Code: (internacional) Nombre y dirección completa del banco. Firma y sello original de Banco (Documento que avalará que Ayuntamiento de Granada hace el ingreso del dinero del premio en un número de cuenta cuyo titular es el premiado / o su productora). 3. PARA LA PROYECCIÓN DE LOS CORTOS SELECCIONADOS: FORMATOS ADMITIDOS 35MM ó ARCHIVO DIGITAL: Compresión .mkv en soporte digital (compresión de Blue Ray) 4. RECOGIDA Y DEVOLUCIÓN DE COPIAS DE PROYECCIÓN La copia de proyección de las obras seleccionadas, serán enviado por el interesado en el plazo solicitado por la Organización y su coste será a cargo del interesado. La devolución de la copia será realizada por la Organización inmediatamente después del Festival, y su coste correrá a cargo de Festival Internacional de Jóvenes Realizadores. COMPETITION RULES – 19TH INTERNATIONAL YOUNG FILMMAKERS FESTIVAL OF GRANADA 1. The competition is international. All participants can present as many short films as they wish, with or without subtitles. The films must have been produced after January 1st 2011, and be no more than 30 minutes in length 2. The categories are as follows - - Official Selection – Live Action/Fiction - Official Selection – Animation - Official Selection – Experimental Film/ Documentary_Nonfiction (Val del Omar Award) - Andalusian Competition -Grenade Competition 3. The subject matter can be anything, although films using less than 50% original material will be excluded. 4. AGE LIMIT: No limit 5. ENTRY GUIDELINES In order to participate in the Short Film Competition of the 19th International Young Filmmakers Festival of Granada, the on-line registration form must be fully completed. It is available at http://www.filmfest-granada.com In addition, the following documentation must be sent by post or courier, clearly indicating on the envelope the title of the short film and the name of the director, along with the registration number assigned it on the Festival’s web page. - DVD (labeled with the name of the work and the director) containing the whole of the film or video being presented The works that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will not be admitted. Spain Web Site: www.filmfest-granada.comENTRY DEADLINE: 30th June 20126. The Festival's Selection Committee will view the films presented and select the finalists for the competition. The postage for sending in the selected films must be paid by the participants but the Festival will pay the postage for the return of the films. A return address must be clearly indicated. The DVD copies received will become the possession of the Festival , as part of the video library dependent FIJR Granada (located in C / Verónica de la Magdalena 23, 2nd floor, City Council Youth Council of Granada) for its archives and dissemination in suitable cultural circuits. 7. AWARDS BEST SHORT FILM shot in 35 mm and/or 16 mm (7.000 €) BEST ANIMATION FILM (3.000 €) BEST EXPERIMENTAL/DOCUMENTARY SHORT FILM "José Val del Omar Award" (4.500 €) BEST SPANISH SHORT FILM (3.000 €) BEST ANDALUSIAN SHORT FILM (statuette) BEST SHORT FILM FROM GRANADA (1.000 €) Prizes attached to deductions by public prosecutor law’s according. 8. The selected works will be shown publicly during the Festival, according to a schedule decided in advance, with the understanding that the authors or producers of the films authorize such screening (exempting the Festival of rights payments). The organizers have the right to create informative brochures about the shorts shown. The producers of the shorts also authorize the use of a fragment of their film (with a maximum length of thirty seconds) for dissemination in any information medium. The producers of the short films that win awards or special mention in any category must grant reproduction rights for the making of a promotional DVD about the winners. 9. The Festival will protect the integrity of the works shown. An insurance policy will be purchased for the film’s material value, for the time it remains in the Festival’s possession. 10. The jury will be comprised of professionals from the film world. The jury may decide not to award one or more prizes or to give a special mention not specified in these rules. Jury cannot award prizes ex aequo. 11. Taking part in the Festival implies the total acceptance of these rules. The prize money amount is subject to the legally-established tax obligations and the payment will be made within the period determined by the Festival’s organizers. DATA PROTECTION: THE ORGANIZATION CAN USE ALL YOUR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DATA FOR PRINT AND DISPLAYING IN THE MEDIA FORMATS THEY DECIDE. THIS IS EXTENSIBLE TO THE PARTNERS, COLLABORATORS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS TO WHOM THE ORGANIZATION IS RELATED. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Directors or Producers contact information supplied in the registration form may appear in publications related to the Festival or other collaborating festivals. Such information will be destroyed immediately if an e-mail is sent requesting such destruction info@filmfest-granada.com 2. PAYMENT OF PRIZE MONEY The Festival must receive, in order to pay the prize money: * Original document issued, signed and stamped by the bank specifying the bank account information of the prize winner. * The prize winner’s Fiscal ID code (for companies) or National Identification Number (for individuals). So, FOR THE PAYMENT TO BE MADE WINNERS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION: * COPY OF WINNER’S PASSPORT OR FISCAL ID CODE IN THE CASE OF PRODUCTION COMPANIES * ORIGINAL DOCUMENT (NOT SCANNED OR FAXED) ISSUED BY YOUR BANK THAT NECESSARILY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Name of account holder Branco Code (international) Swift Code (international) IBAN: (international bank account number) Bank’s full name and address Bank’s original signature and seal (This document will be used by the Granada City Council to demonstrate that the the prize money has been deposited in a bank account in the winner’s or the production company’s name 3. FOR THE SCREENING OF THE SELECTED SHORTS: FORMATS ADMITTED 35MM or DIGITAL ARCHIVE: Compression .mkv in digital (blue ray compression) 4. COLLECTION AND RETURN BACK SCREENING COPY The Screening format of the selected works will be sent by the applicant within the time requested by the Organization and with payment by sender. The return of the copy will be made by the Organization immediately after the Festival, and its cost will be borne by the International Festival of Young Filmmakers. |
