      • Body: blood, bones, muscles, ligaments.

    • Types of illnesses:

  • Infectious: microbes through wounds / the air / the mouth (chickenpox, colds, flu).

  • Non-infectious: Other causes (broken bones and injuries to muscles and ligaments, obesity, poisoning, mental & physical exhaustion).

  • Prevention: medical check-ups, clean wounds, personal hygiene, vaccines, food, exercise, work, friends, sleep.
